Cyrus Kashfian is a Director of Portfolio Management at Pegasus Asset Management, where he supports the oversight and performance of the firm’s real estate portfolio through disciplined analysis, risk management, and strategic execution. In this role, he works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure assets are managed efficiently and positioned for long-term value creation.

Before joining Pegasus, Cyrus served as a Portfolio Manager at Citizens Business Bank, overseeing a $500+ million commercial real estate loan portfolio across multiple property types and markets. He previously worked as an Asset Manager at Hospitality Resorts, Inc., where he managed a $200 million portfolio of multifamily, retail, and hotel properties. Earlier in his career, he held investment sales and analytical roles with Neuman Commercial Group and The Greysteel Company.

Cyrus holds a Master of Real Estate Development from The University of Southern California and lives in Los Angeles with his wife and children.
