Robert Quigley is a Director of Portfolio Management at Pegasus, where he leverages his extensive skills in operations management, strategic planning, and team development to enhance Pegasus’ property management operations. Robert's engaging and resourceful leadership facilitates a culture of innovation, excellence, and mutual respect, best suited to service Pegasus’ clients.

Prior to joining Pegasus, Robert worked at Wiggins Property Management Group, a boutique real estate investment and property management firm. In this role, Robert oversaw industrial properties in the Philadelphia region, participating in all aspects of asset management, including tenant correspondence and leasing transactions.

Robert earned a B.S. in Finance from Saint Joseph's University, Haub School of Business, in 2021. Robert is originally from the Philadelphia area and currently resides in Santa Monica.
