George Azzi is the Executive Vice President of Business Development at Pegasus Real Estate Advisory (“Pegasus”), where he works closely with the firm’s executive leadership to shape strategic direction and lead national growth initiatives. He oversees business development across Pegasus’ fully integrated advisory platform, encompassing investment sales, capital markets, and asset management. Mr. Azzi plays a pivotal role in advancing the firm’s mission to deliver exceptional client outcomes through a proactive, data-informed, and relationship-driven approach.

With over 19 years of experience in commercial real estate, Mr. Azzi has guided the successful completion of more than 1,000 transactions nationwide. His work spans a wide range of property types and markets, with a consistent focus on structuring solutions that align with clients’ investment goals and long-term strategies. Earlier in his career, he distinguished himself in investment sales before moving into senior leadership, where he led and expanded operations for Marcus & Millichap's Los Angeles office. In that capacity, he developed and mentored high-performing teams, implemented strategic growth initiatives, and strengthened client relationships across the region.

Mr. Azzi earned a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Northridge, where he double majored in Finance and Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate. He is fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
